Autobiography
Shauhmyan Levon Gurgen, was born on May 25, 1959. In the village of Bagratashen, Noyemberyan district.
After graduation from the school in 01.09.1976-16.07.1981. studied and graduated from the faculty of industrial and civil construction of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, received the qualification of a civil engineer. Since 10.11.1981. Until 02.01.1989 he worked at SUOR-25 (Construction Department of Finishing Works) of the GlavSochiSpetsStroy Trust (later renamed into Sochiotdelstroy Trust), holding various positions - master, foreman and chief engineer.
03.11.1988. on the occasion of Great October, Gratitude is declared.
02/01/1989. was released from work and sent to Armenia as part of the disaster recovery program together with the Sochi builders.
16.01.1989. was employed as the chief engineer in the Construction and Installation Train (SMP) of Sochspetsstroy of the territorial construction association Yugstroy.
30.04.1990. on the occasion of May 1, was awarded a commendable letter from the construction and assembly train (SMP) of the Sochspetsstroi Project-building Association (JIU) "Armugstroy".
01.02.1991. transferred to the post of chief of the same organization. 01.07.1991. He was appointed chief engineer of the newly formed "ArmSpetsotdelstroy" trust (as a result of the merger of the ArmOgstroi JI and the Sochspecstroy SMP), and on March 1, 1992, appointed to the position of trustee.
05.07.1992. was appointed to the position of the head of SMU-5 of the State Enterprise of the Design and Construction Company "Armuralsibstroy" (due to the reduction in the number of builders of the Russian complex, the "ArmSpetsotdelstroy" Trust was included in the GGPMS "Armuralsibstroy").
05.01.1996. SMU-5 was renamed into Subsidiary Enterprise "Russia" "ArmUralSibStroy" (AUSS).
As the volume of construction in the Russian complex decreased and the funding from Russia also decreased, L. Shaumyan 15.06.1995. justified and became the director of LLC "Shirak-95", which later on October 24, 2000. was renamed OOO “Metz Eric”.
24.11.1997. in accordance with the decision of the Board of the State Construction Committee of the Russian Federation was awarded the title of honorary builder of Russia.
30.12.1998. from the Government of Armenia received Gratitude for participating in rescue and rehabilitation work in the days of the catastrophic zhelletryaseniya December 7, 1988.
28.09.2001. from the Armenian Mission of the American Red Cross received Gratitude for participation in the disaster zone in 1999-2001. in the construction of residential buildings in the Ani district of Gyumri.
30.09.2002. was dismissed from work in connection with the liquidation of the organization of the DP "Russia" "ArmUralSibStroy."
04.12.2003. Gratitude from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia for his participation in rescue and rehabilitation work after the Spitak zelotryaseniya 1988. and was awarded a Commemorative Medal.
22.05.2004. was awarded the Anania Shirakatsi medal for the successful implementation of the Lens Foundation's construction works.
23.02.2018. was awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the International Organizing Committee for public awards and titles for high results in professional activities and for a great personal contribution to the socioeconomic development of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
